1 bunch spinach, washed and chopped
1 cup corn kernels, cooked or canned
1/4 cup chopped red onion
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 slices whole-wheat bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Mashed Banana 1
Milk 1 glass

Use a ripe banana here. Mash it and spread it at the bottom of a large mixing bowl. Pour a glass of milk, half a cup of maple syrup, some coconut oil and a tablespoon of Nutralite butter spread. Whisk the contents in the mixing bowl to combine them.
