Ingredients

paneer, cut into cubes 200g
red bell pepper, cut into cubes 1
green bell pepper, cut into cubes 1
Apricots
onion, sliced 1
ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
red chili powder 1 teaspoon
garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Step 1: Achari Mayo Marinade

Heat Nutralite Classic in a non-stick pan, sauté ginger, add apricots, and mix well. Combine the paneer, bell peppers, onion, Nutralite Mayo Achari, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt in a large bowl. Step 2: Spices Infusion and Marination
