1. Badam Halwa Supremacy

Do you know what’s hotter than Ranveer Singh? Some hot off-the-stove badam halwa that is dripping in pure ghee. This dish is not just easy to make but one that all age groups will likely relish. Badam ka halwa is quite simply one of the best pure ghee sweets in existence.

Ingredients

  • Almond flour 1 bowl
  • Nutralite Doodhshakti Pure Ghee, 2 tablespoons
  • Milk as required (around 1 bowl)
  • Sugar
  • Saffron strands
  • Nuts (as per convenience)

Preparation

Step 1: Soak the saffron

Take saffron stands and soak them in 2 tablespoons of milk

Step 2: Cook the almond flour mixture

Take a heavy bottom pot and heat the Nutralite Doodhshakti Pure Ghee then add the almond flour to sauté for 3-4 minutes till the raw smell of the almond flour disappears.

Next, add milk, saffron milk, and sugar and whisk well so that there are no lumps. Cook for another 5-6 minutes then mix it with the remaining ghee, and cardamom powder and cook till the halwa thickens and the ghee leaves the sides of the pan. Stir continuously till you get a pudding-like consistency.
