Toddlers are known to be the fussiest eaters. While cereals have become the go-to, easy breakfast option used by many parents, these do not place very high on the health meter for your kids. It can be quite a tough task veering your kids towards healthy food choices. But it will definitely pay off in the long-run, by helping them develop good food habits to last a lifetime. 

To meet their growth needs, toddlers must eat a wholesome, nutritious breakfast. Here’s some great ideas:

  1. Whip up their favourite egg dish for a protein-rich breakfast. There are so many options to choose from – an easy scrambled egg, a fluffy omelette, hard boiled eggs or poached eggs.
