What you need to make Dried Berries And Ginger Cooler

  • 2 tbsp. dried berries (blueberries, goji berries, cranberries, golden raisins)
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (about ½ inch)
  • 1 lemon
  • Organic honey
  • 3/4th glass water

How to make Dried Berries And Ginger Cooler

  • Soak all the berries in 3/4th glass water for about an hour to soften.
  • Pour the soaked berries with the water in a blender. Add grated ginger, juice of the lemon and a spoon of honey, and blend them well.
  • Pour into a glass and cool for 10 mins in the fridge before drinking it.
