Ginger is used as a remedy for a number of ailments such as nausea, inflammation, cold, flu and migraines, among others. Prep time: 1 hour
Cook time: 5 mins
Serves: 1
2 tbsp. dried berries (blueberries, goji berries, cranberries, golden raisins)
1 piece of fresh ginger (about ½ inch)
1 lemon
Organic honey
3/4th glass water
Soak all the berries in 3/4th glass water for about an hour to soften.
Pour the soaked berries with the water in a blender. Add grated ginger, juice of the lemon and a spoon of honey, and blend them well.
Pour into a glass and cool for 10 mins in the fridge before drinking it.
