Ingredients

besan 1 cup
whole wheat flour 3/4 cup
finely chopped onion 1/2
carom seeds 1 tsp
finely chopped green chilli 1
pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Water for kneading
Salt to taste
Black cumin seeds (kalonji) for garnish

Step 1: Preparing the Dough

Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, blend besan, whole wheat flour, onion, carom seeds, green chilli, Anar dana, turmeric powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, and salt. Gradually add water while kneading to achieve a soft dough consistency.
