Ghee 1/4 cup
Gond (Edible Gum) 1/4 cup

Sesame Seeds 1/4 cup
Coriander Seeds 1/4 cup
Cumin Seeds 1/4 cup
Wheat Flour 1 cup

For the Laddoo Assembly:

Dry Ginger Powder 1/2 cup
Jaggery Powder 1/2 cup

Instructions:

Step 1 - Roasting the Panjiri Mixture

Heat a bit of ghee and roast gond until it blooms. Add makhanas, lotus seeds, almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and wheat flour. Roast until the mixture turns light brown and releases a fragrant aroma.

Step 2 - Mixing Ingredients
